Meredith has over 30 years of experience as a clinical social worker in healthcare, including pediatric, adolescent and family health, women’s health, and geriatric health. She has worked with diverse, marginalized, and disenfranchised populations; survivors of abuse and neglect and other traumas; and individuals and families coping with chronic and terminal illnesses as well as with grief and bereavement issues. She has always been interested in holistic and complementary healthcare and mental health treatment modalities, including indigenous and spiritual healing traditions, and energy healing. Recently Meredith became an Usui Reiki Master 3rd Degree. Since childhood, Meredith has explored her own dreams and “visions” as well as those of others, and wishes to share with others the practical and therapeutic value of dream interpretation and “dreamwork” in everyday life.
